Only on button working, the bottom big one. Seen you've had success with these before. Sending it for an elderly lady my wife cares for, so here's hoping.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to transmitting on the up channel when both the safety and up button were pressed.

This was found to be due to a faulty button, this was replaced which restored full functionality (see testing video)
