Customer's Fault Description
On/Off button has to be pressed extremely hard in order to work. Volume down button does not work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Vista 100 Sound Bar remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have a few buttons with sluggish response.
When opened the issue was found to be a large amount of sticky contamination over the button array / pcb.
All contaminants were removed which restored full functionality.
