Wharfedale Remote Repair Details
Manufacturer : Wharfedale
Customers Fault Description : On/Off button has to be pressed extremely hard in order to work. Volume down button does not work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This Vista 100 Sound Bar remote arrived safely and on testing was found to have a few buttons with sluggish response.
When opened the issue was found to be a large amount of sticky contamination over the button array / pcb.
All contaminants were removed which restored full functionality.
