Customer's Fault Description
Despite renewing the batteries the remote control has stopped working and I can no longer switch on the electric fire.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This fire controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation. The control was then tested over a 2 day period but no issue could be replicated.
The code being transmitted was also confirmed as correct.
It is possible that the issue is with the receiver itself. A set of batteries have been supplied fitted on return in case of a battery issue.
