Valor Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Valor

Customers Fault Description : Despite renewing the batteries the remote control has stopped working and I can no longer switch on the electric fire.

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This fire controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be transmitting on each button as per normal operation.  The control was then tested over a 2 day period but no issue could be replicated.

The code being transmitted was also confirmed as correct.

It is possible that the issue is with the receiver itself.  A set of batteries have been supplied fitted on return in case of a battery issue.
