Customer's Fault Description
Think all buttons were working. Cable trapped down side of chair. Cables broken off at remote. You carried out the same repair on another remote that I sent you a while ago, which is working fine. Customer ID CU10-9178.
Remote Fixer Repair Response

This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a very badly damaged cable.

The cable was replaced with a straight replacement.
