Customer's Fault Description
Blank screen, also does not transmit any longer to the receiver. Changed the battery already but that did not help.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely from the Netherlands and on testing was confirmed to be dead.
This was due to a faulty battery cable. A replacement battery cable was fitted which restored full functionality.
Please note that no issue could be found with the signal once the power was restored. The testing video shows that the signal is present on both channels.
If the receiver does not respond to the remotes button presses then this is due to the receiver itself.
