Customer's Fault Description
black wire has detached from the part which clips onto the battery due to the dog chewing it!
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection the case scratches and the battery cover was missing. The battery cable was confirmed to be broken, a replacement cable was fitted which restored full functionality.
A replacement battery cover was supplied as we had one hanging around.
