Customer's Fault Description
Green light in middle flashing and remote not doing anything
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This Motorhome leveling system remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be flashing when turned on as per the customers fault description. It was initially thought that one of the buttons was shorted but after inspecting the facia array everything was found to be as per normal. The control was found to be transmitting when the green light flashes.
A search was carried out for the pairing instructions which can be found here (click here) (slightly different remote but same method). The customer is to try to pair the remote with the receiver, please note that it is the 2 bottom buttons used to put the item into pairing mode which will illuminate the 4 central orange directional keys.
