Customer's Fault Description
The first time we used the remote it worked intermittently, then the next day it turned on but wouldn't move caravan at all. I spoke the seller and he admitted that a loose connector was held in place with duct tape. We tried reattaching but now it doesn't even turn on. It makes a beep if you press the reset or pair it to the box it beeps but that's it.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor move controller arrived safely and on testing would not turn on. This was found to be due to a corrosion spot in the print, this was reworked which restored power but no signal was present.
The signal was restored by replacing the oscillator.
