Customer's Fault Description
Handset stopped operating. After replacing the battery it still did not operate the fire and the bottom LHS button did not illuminate the indicator light.
(The original battery had leaked in the area of the bottom LHS button.)
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have faulty buttons.
All four were replaced which restored full functionality.
