This controller arrived safely and on testing was found not to turn on.

This was found to be due to 2 issues, the first main issue was worn button contacts.  Replacement button contacts were glued into place.

This restored the power up functionality and then the battery terminals were a bit loose, these were bent back into position which restored full functionality.
