Customers Fault Description : Reset and recline button not working, rise intermittent, cable shielding dmaged
Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :
This chair remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to have a badly damaged cable.
A replacement straight cable was fitted and replacement conductive caps glued into place on the buttons.
