Three problems, some somewhat inconsistent! 1. Only the 'forward' button reliably, although the others do very occasionally.<br /> 2. As soon as I press the buttons that don't work (consistently) the handset switches off. This does not happen when I press the 'forward' button.<br /> 3. We left the batteries in the remote over winter one year and they corroded. We both think this may be responsible for (much at least) of the problem.<br /> I hope you will be able to repair the handset. The batteries are brand new.<br />
