This remote arrived safely and on inspection was found to be missing its rechargeable battery.

When tested the control was found to be charging as per normal.  This has been deemed as no fault found.  The customer is to ensure that a rechargeable battery is used and not standard CR2032 as this may be the reason for the problems.
