Customer's Fault Description
The main operating button (marked by Tipp-Ex white arrow) sometimes doesn't work. On past occasions the button under the rubber grommet has Brocken free from the PCB.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This MOT Play-detector hand controller arrived safely and on testing was not transmitting on its confirmation center button.
On opening this was found to be due to the button itself being detached from the PCB. The contact points on the PCB were broken away from the board. The print was reworked and the button soldered to correct point on the pcb then held into position using hot melt glue. This restored full functionality.
