Customer's Fault Description
Button on left of control, the riser button, does not work, also some cable wires are nearly bare.
Have tried chair with a different remote and it works fine, so fault is in the cable remote control.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This remote arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a badly damaged cable.
The cable was replaced with a straight cable and also replacement conductive pads were fitted on each button.
