Trauma Remote Repair Details

Manufacturer : Trauma

Customers Fault Description : The unit is working but the connection springs for the batteries have corroded and broken away and need replacing

Remote Fixer Repair Response (see below) :

This motor move controller arrived safely and on inspection was missing its battery cover (sadly a spare is not available).  The battery terminals were missing / corroded.  All terminals were replaced which restored full functionality.
