Customer's Fault Description
Most of the time it doesn't pair up. A small knock when vertical sometimes gets it working. It often loses pairing mid move. Sometimes only forward and backwards buttons work.
Remote Fixer Repair Response
This motor move controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a very intermittent signal.
On opening this was found to be due to the oscillator breaking away from the PCB on one of its pins. The oscillator was soldered firmly back into place which restored full functionality.
