Customer's Fault Description
I lit the fire, then when we went to turn it off there were no lights. Can't turn it back on now. No light at all from the remote despite a new battery. We have had the occasional flicker from one (the small flame) button but nothing else.
If you can't fix it (I hope you can) can you tell us where we can buy a new one? I can't find anywhere online.
This fireplace remote control arrived safely and on first inspection was found to have a broken battery cover and also a bad battery cable.
On powering the remote it was found that non of the buttons responded, this was due to all buttons being faulty, all buttons were replaced and a new pp9 cable fitted and full functionality was restored.
