This remote was found in our front garden buried in dirt, lost by the previous owner. It does not communicate with the door mechanism, the top light flashes when pressed but the lower green on does not. I have replaced the batteries! I am having a problem with my Gazco remote control unit. G30-ZRRTT. The link below to a problem you have solved for another customer describes the problem I am having. The only exception being is that my on button works and my off button on the remote does not work. http://www.remotefixer.co.uk/rf1441.html The top button on the remote is increasing the amount of gas by switching and rotating the valve. I lit the fire, then when we went to turn it off there were no lights. Can't turn it back on now. No light at all from the remote despite a new battery. We have had the occasional flicker from one (the small flame) button but nothing else. If you can't fix it (I hope you can) can you tell us where we can buy a new one? I can't find anywhere online.
