Customer's Fault Description
I am having a problem with my Gazco remote control unit. G30-ZRRTT. The link below to a problem you have solved for another customer describes the problem I am having. The only exception being is that my on button works and my off button on the remote does not work.

The top button on the remote is increasing the amount of gas by switching and rotating the valve. The bottom whilst highlighting that it is being pressed on the remote control does not close the gas vale on the fire.

This fire remote and receiver arrived safely and well packaged. On adding a power source the handset itself was found not to be transmitting on the down channel.
The 40khz crystal in the remote was replaced and full functionality was restored.
