Customer's Fault Description
This remote was found in our front garden buried in dirt, lost by the previous owner.
It does not communicate with the door mechanism, the top light flashes when pressed but the lower green on does not.
I have replaced the batteries! I would be very pleased if you can repair this as i have been told that it is obsolete.
If you know how to obtain a replacement please let me know
This Garage door remote arrived safely and on testing was found to be illuminating but not transmitting on each button press.
A continuity test was carried out and a break in the print was locate around some of the corrosion points, these were reworked and full functionality was restored.
