Intermittent functionality

 

This Samsung controller arrived safely and on a power source was found to only be transmitting intermittently.

On opening the device the problem was clear, one of the pins of the IR LED was cracked on the print and was only making contact intermittently.

The print was reworked and the board cleaned up.  Full functionality was restored.
