Customer's Fault Description
I am not sure if any of the buttons of the remote work properly. The led indicator sometimes light up, sometimes dont. I am not able to use it to control the fireplace reliably.
This fireplace control arrived safely and on testing was found to be sluggish on 3 of the buttons and totally unresponsive on the 4th.
This is a common issue that is caused by faulty buttons, all four were replaced and full functionality was restored.
