Customers Fault Description : Not sure just stopped working .changed batteties still not working.
This television control arrived safely and on adding a power source was found to be transmitting all the time without a button being pressed.
On opening the problem was found to be a liquid contamination inside which was shorting out a few of the button pads, this contamination was cleaned up and full functionality was restored.
