Customer's Fault Description
light no longer illuminating, and leads from battery have become detached from circuit board. Light on fan receiver is illuminated, so we assume the problem is with the remote
This Vortice ceiling fan control arrived safely and on initial inspection the battery cover was held on by an elastic band.
On opening the control the battery lead was disconnected from the main board.
A replacement was fitted and full functionality was restored.
