Customer's Fault Description
The remote control doesn't seem to operate the fire. This is for a rented accommodation and I believe there cold be some water damage
This Gas fire controller arrived safely and on testing was found to not be transmitting the RF signal.
When opened it was found that the RF sub module had signs of corrosion on parts of its print, this was reworked and full functionality was restored.
