Customer's Fault Description
The Receiver power key and the accessory power key (both top row) only work when squeezed hard! All other keys are fine.

 

This Pioneer controller arrived safely and on testing was confrimed to have sluggish buttons on the top row of the handset.

Once opened the reason became clear, there was some liquid contamination on the top portion of the handset which was causing resistance.

The PCB and button array was cleared of all contaminants and full functionality was restored.
