Customer's Fault Description
In normal operation the green light at the top of the remote should come on a flash while it connects to the controller, and then become a solid green light once the connection has been established.
Currently, the light is not coming on at all when the remote is switched on. Instead, the remote just makes a buzzing sound. I have replaced the battery a number of times but this has not resolved the problem.
The remote has always been temperamental, and sometimes would need to be switched on and off a few times before the light would come on, but now it has given up entirely.
This Royal caravan mover control arrived safely and on adding a power source was confirmed to be buzzing and not operating.
On opening there were a few joints that were suspect, after soldering these joints full functionality was restored.
