Customer's Fault Description
Buttons as indicated work correctly but when opposing buttons are depressed to turn in tight circle
i.e. forward left and rear right, or forward right and rear left - the remote controller cuts out
This Enduro caravan mover control arrived safely and on initial inspection was found to have a corroded battery terminal. When powered the control would illuminate and cut out when certain buttons were pressed. It was also noted that the indicator buzzer was not sounding.
On opening there was signs of battery corrosion on the main board, this had caused some tracks to become open circuit. The print was reworked and full functionality was restored.
