Customer's Fault Description
One of the battery connections is broken/snapped off

 

This Vibradorm controller arrived safely and on inspection the battery cover was missing (this cannot be replaced and does nto effect functionality).  

The terminal was confirmed to be broken, this was remedied by modifying the battery compartment and fitting a pp9 cable and clip.
