The remote and the receiver no longer seem to be in contact. Sometimes there was a slight response but not sufficient to light the fire or drive the motor. I don't know how to describe it better.

Does not allow you to switch on gas fire and adjust the level of flame.The light on the control lights up when you hit the down button and the safety button with the up button, but does not start the fire. The remote will only turn the fire down.When I press to turn fire up no signal is shown on receiver and very rarely when it does receive a signal it turns fire down instead of up.Please let me know if I should just send remote or send the remote and the receiver. Thanks

TRUMA Mover SE Repair
The unit does not switch on reliably but can usually be persuaded to work by shaking or tapping. Loose connection? There is also a rattling sound when the unit is shaken.Sooner or later it will let me down completely. The on /off switch does not move easily so needs to slid using a key but this is not in itself a problem
