Customers Fault Description : Not working, no light, tried new batteries
This electric fire control arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be transmitting an infra red signal on any button press.
On opening a component test revealed a faulty IR LED, this was replaced as well as the crystal oscillator and full functionality was restored.
