Customer's Fault Description
Remote powers on and looks to be working but amp does not register commands
This pioneer controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be erratic in operation. On opening there was a couple of spots of contamination on the main PCB which was intermittently shorting and causing the erratic operation and also was making it impossible to use the volume up button.
The board was given an alcohol bath to remover the contaminants and full functionality was restored.
