Customer's Fault Description
No buttons working. Even with brand new battery. Tried taking off battery connector and going straight to battery. No joy.
This gas fire remote arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a broken battery lead, this was replaced and on testing was found that the buttons were also faulty.
All 4 buttons were replaced and full functionality was restored.
