Customer's Fault Description
The remote and the receiver no longer seem to be in contact. Sometimes there was a slight response but not sufficient to light the fire or drive the motor. I don't know how to describe it better.
This remote and receiver arrived safely from Spain and on testing the handset itself was found not to be transmitting.
This was due to a faulty ultrasonic transducer, a replacement was fitted and the remote then was transmitting, there was another problem though whereby the battery cable was intermittent and would power off the control randomly, a replacement lead was fitted and full functionality was restored.
