MERTIK MAXITROL G30-ZRHSO Remote Repair Details

Customers Fault Description : Does not allow you to switch on gas fire and adjust the level of flame.The light on the control lights up when you hit the down button and the safety button with the up button, but does not start the fire. I have also supplied the receiver unit MERTIK MAXITROL G30-ZRRS.The light led does come on when you insert batteries

 

 This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing was found not to be transmitting, the fault was the remotes ultrasonic transducer.  A new transduver was fitted and full functionality was restored.
