Customers Fault Description : The remote will only turn the fire down.When I press to turn fire up no signal is shown on receiver and very rarely when it does receive a signal it turns fire down instead of up.Please let me know if I should just send remote or send the remote and the receiver. Thanks
This Franco Belge Gas Stove remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing was confirmed to have a problem with erratic signal reception.
The falt was found to be a faulty crystal oscillator, the 40khz crystal was replaced and full functionality was restored.
