Customers Fault Description : Remote buttons appear to work but signal is too weak to reach receiver from more than an inch or two PLEASE NOTE THE DISPLAY ON THE REMOTE DOES NOT WORK BUT THIS DOES NOT NEED TO BE FIXED
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on inspection was confirmed to have a broken display (this cannot be replaced) and also the signal was indeed found to be weak.
This weak signal was due to a faulty ultrasonic transducer in the remote, this was replaced and full functionality was restored.
