Customers Fault Description : Buttons only work after fiddling and pressing hard for min 10 mins
This electric fire controller arrived safely and on testing was found to be intermittent in functionality.
On opening the crystal oscillator was found to be poorly jointed to the PCB, a replacement was fitted securely and full functionality was restored.
