Customer's Fault Description
remote emits tones etc but does not communicate with control box in van.(relays do not trigger). I have another Quattro remote which synchs and operates mover correctly. Have tried the matching procedure but no success.
This control arrived safely and on testing was found not to be transmitting an RF signal.
This was found to be a problematic crystal oscillator, this was replaced and full functionality was restored.
