Customer's Fault Description
The receiver unit is not working, the LED light is not coming on. Replaced the batteries but it still won''t work. The LED is lighting up on the handset transmitter
This fireplace remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing the receiver was not responding from any button press.
On inspection of the receiver one of the battery terminals was slightl,y corroded which was causing a bad connection, the terminal was reworked and full functionality was restored.
