Customers Fault Description : Only works to turn fire on will not turn down or off
This remote and receiver arrived safely and on testing was found that the remote was functioning normally but the receiver would not respond to the down channel.
This was due to a faulty 40khz crystal in the receiver, this was replaced and full functionality was restored.
