Customers Fault Description : Nothing happening, no lights despite new battery put in, no response from fire at all.
This gas fire controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be responding from any button press. On opening this was found to be due to a few poor solder joints. There joints were resoldered and full functionality was restored.
