Customer's Fault Description
Battery left in remote leaked and wire has come loose, think part of battery connector is missing too.
This Ledge fire controller arrived safewly and on inspection was confirmed to have a faulty battery connection, this was replaced and partial functionality was restored, 2 of the buttons were non functioning.
All four buttons were replaced and full functionality was restored.
