Customer's Fault Description
Not worked after dropping remote on to floor. Remote display shows it seems to be working. But receiver not responding.

 

This remote arrived safely with its corresponding receiver and on testing no signal was being emitted from the handset on any button press.

This was due to a faulty ultrasonic transducer, this was replaced and full functionality was restored.
