Nothing working at all ? <br />Changed batteries several times and checked fire is working ok manually.<br /> Last time used no problem at all ??

 

This Dimplex fireplace controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to be sending a IR signal on either button press.  This was found to be due to a faulty oscillator, this was replaced and full functionality was restored.
