Customers Fault Description : All buttons not working and battery wires broken. They don't click like they used to either i.e. No sound when pushed in.
This gas fire verine remote arrived safely and on inspection the battery cable was broken and 2 of the buttons were destroyed. A new cable was fitted and all 4 buttons replaced, full functionality was restored.
