Customer's Fault Description
LCD screen not functioning but buttons on remote work. Changed battery, but same issue

 

This Pioneer controller arrived safely and on testing was confirmed not to have a display.  The reason for this was due to the backlight LEDS being faulty, replacements were fitted and the screen was then functional.  Please note that the exact same LEDS could not be traced and therefore compatible ones were fitted.  This does mean that the screen may not be as bright as the origional.
