Customers Fault Description : The remote works intermittently . Gas engineer said I should replace it but will found your site and am hoping you can get it working properly again!

 

This fire control arrived and on testing was confirmed to have erratic button functionality.  This is a very common issue which was remedied by replacing all four buttons.
