All buttons work except volume up and down

 

This Denon remote arrived safely and was confirmed to have a non responsive volume control.  On opening the issue was clear, there was contamination over both the up and down PCB contacts and keypad array.  The PCB was given an alcohol bath to remove contaminants and the rubber keypad washed, full functionality was restored.
